RepGrid, RepSocio, RepNet, RepServe/WebGrid and RepScript intended primarily for academic use (license key required).
Grid data is in conventional rating scales and RepServe/WebGrid clients must be on the same machine as Rep 5.
Rep 5 Enterprise can be downloaded for Windows XP/Vista/7 or Macintosh OS X 10.4-10.6 when a license key is purchased.

Changes in the Rep 5 Release

The major changes from Rep IV to Rep 5 are:-

Rep 5 Research Version
Rep 5 Research Version extends Rev IV Research Version with web server capabilities supporting WebGrid-style grid elicitation and analysis through a web browser on the same computer. It also provides three-dimensional principal components analysis of grids, and a greatly enhanced RepNet tool designed to support interactive construct networks. The RepScript scripting language has been full documented making it easier to modify RepGrid, RepNet and RepServe scripts and to develop additional applications. A full set of WebGrid scripts is included together with extensive demonstration data sets. The construct network inference engine is included as scripts for RepNet with associated nets demonstrating 'expert systems' abductive and deductive inference.

Rep 5 Enterprise Version
Rep 5 Enterprise Version extends Rep 5 Research Version with additional data types and analyses for applications such market research, sensory studies, human resources management and knowledge management. The RepServe web server suppports remote use over intranets or the Internet facilitating distributed studies with remote users.

Purchasing a Rep 5 License

A single-usage academic license for Rep 5 Research version costs CDN$600.00, and entitles the purchaser to run the software on one machine at any time.

A single-usage academic license for Rep 5 Enterprise version costs CDN$1,200.00, and entitles the purchaser to run the software on one machine at any time.

An upgrade from the Rep IV or Rep 5 Research version to Rep 5 Enterprise version cost CDN$600.00.

An upgrade from the Rep IV Research version to Rep 5 Research version cost CDN$300.00.

Canadian purchases are subject to 5% GST -- a GST invoice will be supplied.

Payment may be made through a wire transfer. Request a pro forma invoice for a wire transfer to obtain details.

Payment may be made by credit card through PayPal in US$. Request a PayPal email transfer to obtain details.

Payment may also be made from certain territories in the local currency through a check or draft drawn on a clearing bank. Request a pro forma invoice.

A license key will be sent through email on receipt of a wire transfer or of a check or draft drawn on a clearing bank made payable to: Centre for Person-Computer Studies, and sent to Centre for Person Computer Studies, 3635 Ocean View Crescent, Cobble Hill, BC V0R 1L1, Canada.

If you need a pro forma invoice, request one from repgrid@shaw.ca, specifying the name and address of the organization, payment by cheque or wire transfer, and whether for Windows XP or OS X.

Note that purchase orders and credit cards are not accepted.
